Worlds of Samsara

Forty-year-old Alexandros Vassago is filled with guilt. He has lost his most precious gift-his seven-year-old daughter-to an accident that occurred while she was under his care. Angry with God and desperate for answers, he induces an out-of-body journey with the goal of connecting with his departed daughter, Angelina. Instead, he finds himself helplessly traveling from one parallel world to another.

Throughout his journeys, Alex learns to repair his relationships with women, particularly with his ex-wife, Maria, and Valeska, an African American woman who appears in a number of worlds in various guises. During his short-lived stays in diverse worlds, Alex must tackle a variety of challenges, including facing his lover in court; deciding if he wants to fight for a better world in a Las Vegas-styled version of Hollywood on the day before President Kennedy is assassinated; and finding himself in the midst of a close family within a society that hides a dark secret. All the while, his daughter acts as a spiritual guide as he segues from world to world with only one wish-to have her back.
