Six Xespa Angels are the world's most extraordinary super scooters. Their lives have not always been plain-sailing, as they were bike napped as Bambinos. The King's right-hand man, Lord Rubio bike napped the scooters. It was an act of revenge to the King's wealthy friends.

Rubio raised the Xespas with amazing superpowers. They would get into all kinds of mischief, which sometimes lead to trouble. However, Rubio taught the Xespa Angels an unforgettable motto, "With great superpowers, comes great responsibility!"
