YHVH Elohim The Creator

I found that in almost every Bible today the very first verse, Genesis 1:1, is translated ... "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." I had read this verse many times but had never stopped to ponder it in any depth. Then I began to question, "Who is this 'God' the Creator?,Do I really know what this verse means and do I really believe what it says? What does 'in the beginning' mean in itself and in relation to 'time' (as we know it)?"I believe that the truth needed in today's world can only be found in the full acknowledgement of YHVH Elohim as the "God" of Creation.But, do I believe in and am I living by His Words, His Commandments or by the lies promulgated by the world, the traditions of man?" Time to choose!
