Depression was a part of Mary Hild's journey, a part of her Story. Carrying childhood fears of not being good enough to the point of trying to be perfect so she would be accepted and not rejected, she became a "Pretend Mary" for much of her life-until she reached a point when she could no longer be something she wasn't. With the help of many teachers and tools she found along the way, Mary embraced her true self and now lives her life from a place of authenticity and joy.

Like Mary's Story, your Story is a never-ending Circle, filled with life's challenges and gifts along the way. You have the choice to live your life journey happy and filled with love and joy from the inside out or through fear from the outside in.
