What is a vocational personality? You are not who you are by accident or by chance. You have a vocational personality which is quiet simply the personality that makes you who you are uniquely. It is the personality that God has given you so that you can fulfill your vocational purpose, that is to say to be God's gift on this earth for the common good.
Your personality is God's choice and God's gift and it is vocational because it is what connects you with your purpose, namely the reason why God created you.
