Yuka watches the Northern Lights

Yuka takes a walk in a pine forest, meets a good friend, plays until twilight, and watches the sky change colors. It's the first time they are seeing the northern lights. After a night of dancing lights, Yuka and friend find a place to sleep at the base of a pine tree, fall asleep under the stars and dream of the colors of the night.

This is a wordless book for toddlers, seniors and everyone in between looking to down-regulate their nervous system before going to sleep.
