Zax and Dax

There are many forms of power-money, physical strength, politics, fame. But there is only one form of absolute power-the power derived from pure energy. Inside the core of the Earth lies a powerful, bright energy controlled by a single, gifted teenager. His control over this tremendous energy is the only hope of saving the planet from a force more destructive than any threat ever known to man. His name is Zax, and he is the beast slayer. Wielding extraordinary powers that he only recently discovered, he has thus far destroyed three beasts: the Chupacabra, the Brute, the Dark Matter, aka D.M., and in a furious battle, he killed Professor Brian, the mad scientist who created them. But who is this boy? What are his limitations? It has been almost a year since his battle with Professor Brian. Now he has to face his most challenging enemy yet.
