The voice pushes him to seek the help of a police officer rather than take drastic actions on his own, and this may have kept him out of prison for the rest of his life.

He will meet a guy named Neil, who is perceived as a Warlock from the future. Neil seduces Robert with mystical quartz crystals that have great power. Having access to the quartz crystals opens many doors of the unknown, and unexplainable interactions of the spirit realm. Which leads to mysticism and practicing witchcraft.
