Compendium of Questionnaires and Inventories

This second volume of questionnaires and inventories complements Sarah Cook's first collection. The 48 instruments include material for understanding and assessing skills, behaviours or perceptions, many of which were not covered in the first volume, such as: career management; diversity; e-business; emotional intelligence; innovation; knowledge management; leadership style and behaviours; left- and right-brain thinking; NLP; recognition and reward; self-esteem; transactional analysis; vision; values; and work/life balance. The volume also revisits other key areas such as coaching skills and styles, teamworking and performance management; using a different style of instrument or offering an alternative perspective (to those provided in the first Volume), to give the trainer or developer other ways of looking at these issues. The collection includes checklists, profiles, questionnaires and self-assessments, some for individuals and some for groups. The materials can be used to raise self-awareness and/or stimulate reflection and discussion, either on a stand-alone basis or as part of a training event or programme.
