The narrative is a series of reflective and active discourses that sequentially addresses institutionally-experienced problems with rectifiable solutions to answer the issues that plague HBCUs as uniquely noble American institutions of higher learning. This compendium covers solutions by the authors that are designed to address the concerns that are counterproductive to the growth and overall goals of HBCUs as they serve the public in the 21st Century.
