She specializes in internationalization, guiding cultural transformation, facilitating leader development, integrating discipline-specific change frameworks, and in partnering with multiple stakeholder groups internal and external to the organization.Jos Beelen is Professor of Global Learning at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, Netherlands.
