I'm Ieshia. I've been dancing for as long as I can remember. Dancing keeps me going. 

When I was 16, I found out I was pregnant. My dad was so mad about it that he shipped me off to live with Aunt Velma. That was ten years ago.

I'm finally ready to face my truth, but when tension becomes too much, it's time to dance. My son, Malcolm, is a dancer too.
