Hardy tries to find the balance between these two concepts in order to find joy in ministry.
With more than 30 years in ministry, Exter Hardy has served with a variety of Christian servants. He combines this experience with his counseling experience to help Christians find joy in serving Christ. Hardy is a full-time pastor and single parent of four children, two of whom are deaf, so he finds himself regularly in the servant role.
