»Issue of Noise-Related Regulations of Operation in Planning Permissions for Transport Infrastructure (Airports, Railroads, Highways)«: The operation not the existence of traffic infrastructure causes noise, which is why residents repeatedly demand regulations of operation. This study deals with the question of whether it is in principle possible to issue an operating regulation in a planning permission for an airport, a federal highway or a railroad line. Subsequently, the study ask for the possible legal basis for these regulations of operation.
