Good Things Come In Small Packages (I Was A Preemie) is a delightful story of one little person's journey of realization as he discovers his difficult beginnings, and the real meaning of love. Suitable for children ages 0-8. Please note: A portion of all sales will go to March of Dimes in grateful acknowledgment for their work with families of premature babies.

I read this book to my twin boys born at 30 weeks. It helps them to understand their birth and why they are so special!

There are not that many children's book options on this subject and I finally decided on this one for my former 25 weeker. I think it is age appropriate for small children in a way that relates their tiny start in life to real world things like the weight of a stick of butter or big enough to fit in daddy's hands. It's sweet with it's imagery and not scary or intimidating like all of the pictures of our preemies in NICU, as i'm sure we all have taken, might be to young children. I'm happy with my purchase.

This book is perfect. Especially for micropreemies. Our twin boys were born at 26 weeks so it was exactly their story as we were in the hospital 100 days. I read it to them everyday in the NICU. Meant a lot to us. Thank you.

Bought this for a gift basket for a friend's baby in the NICU and she said this was her favorite thing in the basket!
