Hotel Horrors and Halos

Jeannine Gittens has taken her experiences overm two decades of working in the hotel and airline industries to create this short, lighthearted read for avid travelers, those who dream of traveling, and those who simply want to be entertained about travel-related experiences.

In this duology, Jeannine offers behind-the-scenes insight and recounts how a determined young woman went from begging to volunteer at an airline to eventually becoming the General Manager of a 5-star, award-winning property. It is a great opportunity for Hospitality and Tourism majors in colleges and universities to read about some of the "real life" challenges and fun they might have to look forward to. 

Additionally, Jeannine hopes that after learning of all the things hardworking staff at hotels, airlines, private villas and other tourism-related establishments endure to make guests happy, there will be more empathy and grace extended from travelers.

Jeannine offers an escape into dreamy locales while entertaining and educating the reader with her autobiographical stories which makes them even more intriguing.
