Maintenance Training in the Technical Services

The goal of this paper was to develop improvements in maintenance training which are applicable to any or all of the technical services. Highlights include an outline of the present procedures, a comparison of essential element, evaluation of the possibilities for improvement, and specific recommendations for the improvement of the maintenance training of the Army.
