Measuring Infinity

A self-referential, fourth wall breaking story about a pretentious author looking to explain their understanding of art and artistry. Set in a bleak still-very-nearly-post-capitalist future, chance meetings with other residents give structure to his essay on the invention of measurement itself and how humans learn to discern, create, see more with less, and forget how to see the woods for the trees.
