-refers to the process of transformation, the changes that occur in each of us throughout our life span.

The process of transforming, we call 'metamorphosis', is not just about a little caterpillar becoming a beautiful butterfly that has wings to fly, and sweet nectar to drink. No, it's much more than this simple idea.

What about the part where you aren't a caterpillar, neither a butterfly. You don't know who you are as you are unbecoming and becoming, at the same time. You don't know where you're going.

All you feel and know is that every fibre of your being is calling for transformation, a change. For disruption. For revolution of spirit. So, you surrender and eventually, breakdown.

You aren't dying. The 'you', you once used to be, is dying. It's your rebirth, it's you rising after a damn deep fall.
