My Magical Toolbox

This book looks like a Children's Book, but it's just as much for big kids (grown-ups) as it is for little ones. Mindfulness is being in the present moment. The tools in this book were created to help practice presence, experience awareness, hold space for emotions, and embrace a growth mindset. These tools are intended to be practiced. Please know there is no perfect way to do them. Make each tool yours! Though they are magical please know that life will still happen- challenges, obstacles, struggles, even tantrums. By opening your magical toolbox daily, YOU, the reader and practitioner, will be able to find more peace, patience, and of course, presence!
