Separated from her family at a young age for her education, Hadjame meets her first love, Wassi, and this result in her facing many challenges. She loses him through her best friend Xissola. This is not how she expected things to turn out and her grief and sense of betrayal lead her to focus on her education as a means of escape. Ten years on, the ghosts of her unresolved love for Wassi still pursues her everywhere she goes, but Hadjame will discover that as people's grow up their dreams can become lost or changed forever.
