“This is not your America”, when not expressly stated, was manifested at various turns, at work, at school and by people who were least expected to toe an odious line of racial bias. But by perseverance and cooperation from Shelia and great Americans like her, the silent majority in the society, the bigotry of the vociferous few, was seamlessly overcome.

And, as inclusiveness prevailed and the light overcame the darkness, the virtues of the shinning city on a hill were made manifest. With perseverance and unrelenting kindness, the best of humanity showered on the hitherto sidelined and socially tormented, by the face of true America. The family was thus humbly able to attain enviable heights and began to contribute their quota in fields of medicine, dentistry and literary arts in service of America and humanity.   Father, mother and son tell the story that brightens the day and encourages the hitherto silent majority of Americans to vigorously speak up. Thus were they able to match or even drown the puny and cowardly but noisy voices of bigotry. Thus, would they be able to uplift the many millions that groan under the yoke of bigotry and hate, where ever prevalent. Thus, will the true face of America continue to shine above all others, attract the brightest and the best from all corners of the globe, and remain a shining example to an increasingly spiteful, and rancorous world.
