Penelope is not just a charming mouse, she is adventurous! Stowing away on an airplane, she doesn't know her destination, but is sure it will be great fun. Landing in South Africa, Penelope goes exploring, tumbles around with meerkats, chats with a dassie, and meets many new animals... and narrowly escapes dangerous ones! Then it's time to go home, where she tells her family and friends all about her amazing adventures.
