People Management

People management is an integral part of progress; as centuries have evolved from the Stone Age, when people left home in search of food, thereafter constructed monuments, to the present times known popularly as the knowledge age. Centuries before Christ, the mobility of people caused changes to happen, the Great Wall of China was built and the Pyramids were constructed. Changes continued even centuries after Christ, as evidenced by the building of the Eiffel tower and the construction of the Tajmahal. The environmental and economic changes led to major changes in the profile of the employee. The industrial revolution and technological advancement brought a steady evolution.
