Neal staggered out of the surf just south of Tijuana and dropped exhausted onto the sand. By no fault of his own, he was AWOL from his ship and wanted for murder. His only hope was to find Katherine, the love of his life and the beautiful daughter of a Texas senator. Maybe she could help.
