Prostrate Cancer - Misdiagnosed

In the U.S. approximately 12 million adults who seek outpatient medical care are misdiagnosed each year; this breaks down to 1 in 20 adults. Of those misdiagnosis mistakes roughly 6 million could cause harm and at times death. Patients with conditions such as heart failure, pneumonia, depression, cancer and other health-related issues could have serious problems that remain unrecognized.
