This study aims to investigate the relationship between self-worth and Transliminality with general health among artists in the field of cinema. The research type is applied, and the method is descriptive-correlational. The statistical population consists of 1,000 artists, including actors, screenwriters, directors, editors, and cinematographers, from which 278 individuals were randomly selected using Morgan's table. Data were collected using standard questionnaires: Crocker's Self-Worth Scale, the Revised Transliminality Scale, and Goldberg's General Health Questionnaire. The results showed that higher self-worth is associated with better general health, and artists with a lower Transliminality threshold exhibit better general health. The present research can serve as a basis for the development of programs and interventions in the mental health field for artists and assist policymakers and professionals in identifying and strengthening positive factors to improve the psychological condition and general health of this group. The findings emphasize the importance of addressing psychological issues in the health of artists.
