Author Bio:
L. Josephine Faulkner is a self-taught artist whose passion for writing and illustrating childrens books began in early childhood.

Raised in the beautiful Catskill Mountains of New York. She soon developed a love of animals and nature. They are common themes throughout her work today.

Childhood was a difficult time; often devoid of the nurturing love that every child deserves. Understandably, she is now dedicated to the happiness of children.

This book is a keepsake with memories of a time in life that all too quickly passes.

Today L Josephine Faulkner, a distant relative of William Faulkner, lives in a small town in Central Florida. She has three grown children and one grandchild.
