Semi-insulating III-V Materials

The 5th Conference on Semi-insulating III - V Materials was held in Malmo, Sweden, during June 1988. It followed the traditions of previous conferences in penetrating and documenting current issues in the science and technology of semi-insulating materials, and in promoting cross-fertilisation of ideas between materials scientists, physicists and device applications engineers.
