Political parties have come and gone for eons. Liberty, human rights, spiritual ambitions, equality, opportunity, equity, meritocracy, and enlightenment are noble pursuits that people may find essential for the human race in the long run. However, when political parties disrespect too much of the reality of great swathes of sentient beings, they tend to get their comeuppance and eventually go extinct. The author crafts a mixture of a memoir with conceptual paradigms enhancing the toolkits of insightful gateways into why many organizations, including many political parties, tend to die in the long run. The mixture of features also enhance the toolkits of insightful gateways into why and how organizations might improve their chances of long-term survival by improving their ability to serve liberty, human rights, spiritual ambitions, and other noble pursuits.
