This book contains the essence required to know the Real Self. The mind must be stilled and quiet in order to know the space between ones thoughts. In the space between ones thoughts one begins to know self, the real self. In the still mind one then begins to know the present moment, the eternal now. There is no future, there is no past. There is only the eternal now. In the still mind and the eternal now ones heart center opens to reveal the radiant heart. This is the heart of God, these essence of all creation.
