Extensively piloted and course tested, this resource seeks to further prepare students to confidently and competently transition into a role in clinical practice, enhancing their professional skills and employability. The course presents many key issues new nurses will encounter such as infection prevention, conflict management, transcultural healthcare, and pain management, just to name a few. Additionally, the course offers comprehensive case studies and simulation algorithms using the two most frequently affected systems: respiratory and cardiovascular.
