Triple Talaq

This book is an effort to explain one of the most debated and controversial topics of Islamic law: 'triple talaq'. It is the story of the recently pronounced triple talaq judgement of the Supreme Court of India. The book examines the proceedings that took place before the Constitution bench in this landmark case. It not only presents the Indian perspecitve on the issue of triple talaq but also discusses the position in various other countries.
