He's sex in a suit and a total jerk to boot. There's even something about that ridiculous man-bun that I can't get out of my system. But he's not winning this time.

Rex McDaniel thinks he can swoop in and buy my horse farm with all his stupid money.

It's my legacy and no arrogant daddy's boy and his big bad corporation are going to convince me to sell it to them.

Not even if he shares my love of horses, dogs, and children.

Not even if he offers me enough of his stupid money to build my dream equine sanctuary.

Well, maybe that last one. And the sex in a suit doesn't hurt either. Damn.

I knew better than to think I could resist his offer. I should have been better prepared for him but I always had liked a project and convincing him my vision for this land would be a much better investment for him was the project of a lifetime that came with a side of fire I wasn't expecting.
