Victory through Faith, Friends and Determination is an account of the treatment to which some workers are unfortunately subjected. It tells of one nurse's unfortunate experience and how her faith in God, encouragement from friends and a determination to be a person of excellence kept her on the right track and sane during a very, very difficult period of her work life. It is the author's hope that this book and her experiences will be a source of inspiration to those in similar situations and an impetus for higher management to work towards ending such unacceptable behaviours and creating more harmonious workplaces and happier employees.
