"In a town not far from here,

There lived a group of friends,

They all had different heritage,

This group of friends is different.

They are different because they are different.

They all come from different heritages, have different personalities, and have different hopes and dreams.

What they have in common is that they celebrate each other's differences and have made a pact that they will be whoever they want to be when they grow up, no matter what anyone else thinks.

" ከእኛ አቅራቢያ ካለች ትንሽዬ መንደር

አንዷ ከሌላዋ ፍጹም የተለዩ በችሎታ ነገር

ውድ ጓደኛሞች ይኖሩባት ነበር ፡፡

እጅግ በመዋደድ በፍቅር ቢኖሩም

በምኞት ሕልማቸው አይመሳሰሉም፡፡

እኒህ ጓደኛሞች ልዩ ናቸው፡፡ የመጡትም ከተለያየ ቦታ ነው፡፡

ማንነታቸው እና ሕልማቸው ይለያያል፡፡

የሚያመሳስላቸው ነገር ደግሞ አለ፡፡ ሁሉም በልዩነታቸው ውስጥ ውበትን ይመለከታሉ፡፡

መሆን የሚፈልጉትን ዓይነት ሰው ለመሆን ቃል ተገባብተዋል፡፡

ይህ መጽሐፍ ያለብንን የኅብረተሰብ ጫና በመቋቋም፤

የራሳችንን እውነት በደስታ መኖር እንዳለብን ያስረዳል፡፡
