The journal was designed to be used along with the book 'Our Journey Towards Eden.' The first section of the journal allows you to notate your thoughts and take-a-ways, chapter by chapter, which includes encouraging scriptures for each chapter. The second section of the journal has a 21-day challenge, and each day of the challenge has an encouraging scripture as well, and a place to notate your thoughts, experiences, and your goals.
